Security Integrations & OperationsAct as the subject matter expert (SME) for SIEM, Log Management, and SOAR solutions.Ensure operational stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the in-scope security platforms.Design, configure, and maintain integration between monitoring tools, event sources, and automation layers.Conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation for complex issues.Provide L3 technical support and operational oversight for global environments.Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) .Manage patching and change management processes for all assigned systems.Engage with vendors and third-party service providers for escalations or complex incidents.Governance, Projects & ConsultancyProvide expert-level consultancy for security integration projects and tool deployments.Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, business units, and security teams) to ensure alignment with global standards.Support incident management, automation, and observability initiatives .Contribute to continuous service improvement by suggesting process enhancements and automation opportunities .Qualifications & ExperienceRequiredMinimum 6 years of experience in Information Security or Security-oriented IT Operations.Proven expertise in deploying and managing large-scale SIEM or Log Management systems .Strong debugging experience with Linux and Windows environments.Solid understanding of:Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)Security threats and attack vectorsLog management and event correlationNetworking concepts (firewalls, proxies, DNS, routing)Hands-on experience with observability or monitoring platforms .Ability to document technical processes and produce clear reports .
