We re powered by our people a global, diverse, multi-generational talent - representing 161 nationalities whose unique spark, perspective and boundless passion drive our culture of proactive value creation and problem-solving.To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit execute, and oversee all program streams and related projects;Develop management plans for scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and communication;Build detailed work plans for each workstream;Establish and lead a change management committee and ensure its process adoption;Continuously monitor scope, schedule, and budget, generating performance indicators (planned vs. actual);Lead governance routines (status meetings, steering committee sessions, etc.);Lead project ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, retrospectives);Ensure alignment across departments (Logistics, CIT, Billing, Collections, and all technical and functional teams);Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery;Interact with international stakeholders and manage the global technical teams involved in project execution (English required);Proactively anticipate risks and propose solutions;Mediate conflicts related to processes, resources, timelines, and priorities.RequirementsExperience as Project/Program Manager;Experience as Project / Program manager in ERP implementations or full legacy system replacements in large-scale projects;Experience as Project / Program manager leading global programs with distributed teams across countries, time zones, and languages;Hands-on experience with complex programs involving 3+ major platforms and system integrations;Strong knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies;Technical background in IT (Solution architecture or development);Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) – will be evaluated during interviews;Hands-on profile, with a proactive attitude, strong ownership, and practical involvement in the day-to-day execution. Expected to lead by example, organize action plans, support technical and functional discussions, remove blockers, and ensure clear and effective communication.
