About CleverTapCleverTap is a retention cloud that empowers digital consumer brands to increase customer retention and lifetime value.It uses a unified data layer, AI/ML-powered insights, and automation to drive contextual individualization and offer hyper-personalized experiences.Over 1,300 customers in 100 countries trust CleverTap to achieve their retention and engagement goals.We're a global growth stage startup with a fast-paced dynamic environment where your contribution matters.Your Role:You'll work on researching potential customers, creative outreach, and enticing potential clients.Key Responsibilities:Begin the relationship by explaining our vision and generating interest.Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities.Collaborate with team members to plan for success, pursue opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS-based product company.Fluent in English.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.Strong professional communication skills.Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently.Preferred Qualifications:While not required, having these qualifications will make you more competitive:Fluency in Spanish.Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud.Knowledge of MarTech solutions.Measuring Success:We measure success in this role by:Qualified leads.Funnel size.Conversion rates.Competencies:The ideal candidate will possess:Functional: Mobile marketing expertise, Martech understanding, Result oriented.Behavioral: Problem Solving, Consultative selling, Communication and presentation skills, Negotiation Skills.
