Join Our TeamOowlish, one of Latin America's rapidly expanding software development companies, is seeking experienced technology professionals to enhance our diverse and vibrant team.As a valued member of Oowlish, you will collaborate with premier clients from the United States and Europe, contributing to pioneering digital solutions.Our commitment to creating a nurturing work environment is recognized by our certification as a Great Place to Work, where you will have opportunities for professional development, growth, and a chance to make a significant international impact.We offer the convenience of remote work, allowing you to craft a work-life balance that suits your personal and professional needs.We're looking for candidates who are passionate about technology, proficient in English, and excited to engage in remote collaboration for a worldwide presence.About the RoleWe are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team and take ownership of test automation across two SaaS products.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building scalable testing frameworks, and can coach teams on best practices.You'll play a key role in ensuring quality while enabling rapid development cycles.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and scale test automation frameworks using Playwright.Migrate existing test suites from Cypress to Playwright.Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Vercel, or similar).Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and enforce testing best practices.Work with modern frontend stacks (React, Vitest) to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Support and guide teams in adopting lightweight QA discipline and processes.Quickly learn and adapt to Backendless runtime models if not already familiar.Must HavesStrong hands-on experience with Playwright in real-world SaaS products.Experience migrating from Cypress to Playwright (strong plus).Proficiency with CI/CD automation tools (GitHub Actions, Vercel, or similar).Familiarity with Vitest, React, and modern frontend development.Comfort with Backendless or willingness to quickly learn.Ability to coach teams on testing best practices.Strong communication skills to bridge QA, product, and engineering needs.Benefits & PerksHome officeFlexible HoursCompetitive compensation based on experienceCareer plans to allow for extensive growth in the companyInternational ProjectsOowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational)Oowlish Fitness with Total PassGames and CompetitionsYou can also apply here:Website: / LinkedIn: / Instagram: /#J-*****-Ljbffr
