frameworks, and tools.Offer guidance and support to other engineers, facilitating their skill development through regular one-on-one meetings.Proactively elevate issues to the Engineering Manager and Human Resources Director as needed.Actively promote and contribute to a healthy, safe, and collaborative work environment.Collaborate closely with engineers on a daily basis, contributing to hands-on coding and implementation efforts.Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, pair programming, and adherence to best practices.Work with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical specifications.Troubleshoot complex technical issues as they arise during development and deployment.Develop and implement a comprehensive and knowledge sharing.Qualifications & Requirements6+ years of software development experience, including at least 1–2 years in a technical lead or equivalent leadership role.Proven experience leading technical projects from inception to completion.Mastery of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.Strong experience using and working with Contentful.Strong experience working with Webflow, WordPress, ReactJS, Javascript, AWS, and PostgreSQL.Experience working with Nuxt.js.Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.Expertise in agile development methodologies and project management tools.Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong leadership, mentorship, and task delegation capabilities.Ability to adapt to
