NET Upgrade Assistant to streamline migration.Guide team in migrating from various ASP versions to React.Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical mentorship.Align with DevOps on CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (Azure or AWS).
Champion best frameworks and technologies to optimize performance.Develop and maintain strategies for API management, microservices, and data migration.Required Skills15+ years in software development with strong architecture and leadership background.5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux, component-based design).12+ years in .
NET 4.x, .
NET Core (6/7/8), C#, Web API, Entity Framework.Proven experience migrating legacy .
NET applications to .
NET 6 or 8.Experience using .
