Overview

Senior Full-stack Engineer (FE-oriented) (LLM) - Health Care - (Brazil/Remote) at Truelogic Software. This role focuses on front-end and back-end development for web and mobile apps using React and React Native, with opportunities to work across the tech stack in a dynamic healthcare AI environment.

Responsibilities
  • Code daily to tackle challenges and drive the product to market.
  • Develop a backend architecture to support our LLM-powered health and wellness AI.
  • Design and develop LLM applications that serve our users.
  • Optimize LLM applications for latency, concurrency, uptime, and reliability.
  • Take a leading role in creating interactive, data-driven mobile and web apps using a modern tech stack.
  • Enhance our backend to power front-end and device features.
  • Collaborate with a team of accomplished, high-performing engineers.
  • Gain hands-on experience with embedded devices, front-end, back-end, AWS, and Kubernetes.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience, plus 6-7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Professional experience in LLM architectures (e.g., RAG) is required.
  • Familiarity with commonly used LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
  • Proficiency in React and React Native for building responsive and mobile-first interfaces, with strong Redux experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and Java 11+ for server-side development and RESTful API design.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, experience deploying on AWS EKS and ECS.
