As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a talented Video Content Creator to transform our raw video materials into compelling social media content that drives engagement and builds our brand across multiple platforms.About the Role:We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Content Creator who can take existing video content and reimagine it for various social media platforms.
This role involves creating engaging short-form videos, reels, and visual content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and our website.
The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of platform-specific video requirements, current social media trends, and the ability to craft content that resonates with both B2B and consumer audiences in the insurance and trucking sectors.Key Responsibilities:Transform raw footage into social media videos (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, etc.)Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring proper aspect ratios, duration, and formatting specificationsEdit and produce high-quality videos, including motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and branded elementsCreate engaging short-form content that captures attention within the first 3 seconds and drives viewer engagementDevelop video content strategies tailored to each social media platform's unique audience and algorithm requirementsStay current with video trends and implement trending formats, effects, and storytelling techniquesCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaignsAnalyze video performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on engagement dataDevelop brand-consistent visual elements, including intro/outro sequences, lower thirds, and branded templatesEssential Skills:Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation (2+ years preferred)Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or other similar)Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their video specs, trends, and engagement best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)Excellent storytelling skills, particularly for short-form video contentUnderstanding of video SEO and how platform algorithms influence reach and engagementLanguage Requirements:Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian will be a plus Additional Qualifications:Familiarity with current viral video formats and trendsExperience with B2B content creation, especially in the professional services industryAbility to maintain brand consistency and visual identity across multiple platformsBasic graphic design skills and familiarity with design toolsKnowledge of motion graphics and basic animationExperience with AI video creation/editing toolsSelf-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independentlyWhat We Offer:Fully remote position with flexible work environmentFlexible work hours with core collaboration time during EST business hoursCompetitive compensation based on experience and portfolio qualityMultiple payment options hourly rates or project-based feesCreative freedom to experiment with new video formats and trendsGrowth opportunity to shape our video content strategy for a fast-growing companyA collaborative work culture where creativity and innovation are valuedHow to Apply:Please submit:Resume highlighting relevant video production and social media experiencePortfolio or demo reel showcasing your best social media video work (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, etc.)Application Note: We appreciate all applications and will thoroughly review each submission to identify the best fit for this position.
