Our Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams.
These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and business partners.
As a Wellbeing Site Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs of our employees at a customized site level.
Further, you ensure wellbeing programming is consistent with the global framework and delivered effectively by working closely with the key site managers and regional leads.
What will I be doing?
- Staff well-being program initiatives, participation rates, and report site health.
- Set and monitor productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage for site support.
- Build deep knowledge expertise at site level to recommend effective wellbeing programming interventions, customized to cultural and business needs
- Provide psychoeducational training surrounding mental health to the site.
- Organize engagement events that promote well-being.
- Ensure compliance to local legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety.
What should I bring?
- Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field.
- Full unrestricted license to practice.
- Solid experience in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.
- Experience providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of Operations metrics and structure.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Desirable working knowledge of trust and safety operations workflows and experience developing and evaluating behavior change interventions in applied settings.
- Fluent English.
