Job Title: Senior Radio Frequency Engineer Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Radio Frequency Engineer to join our team.As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for monitoring system operation status, recording core system indicators, and handling anomalies according to standard operating procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in radio frequency engineering, with experience in system operation status monitoring, fault handling, and technical support.The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.System Operation Status MonitoringRegularly record core system operation indicators through the web page (user online status, system availability, etc.)Handle anomalies according to SOPEscalate unresolved issues to senior RF engineers or platform engineersBase Station Status Inspection and Fault HandlingUse automated inspection tools to check faulty base stationsSend daily fault list to experts via emailPerform initial handling according to SOP for reported faultsEscalate unresolved faults to senior RF engineersTechnical SupportRespond to technical support requests from specialists and users within 30 minutesAbility RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or above educationAt least one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, technical support, or related fieldsEnglish reading and writing skillsProficient in using office software (Word, Excel, email)Preferred: work experience in software operations and maintenance
