Job Title: Senior CounselWe are seeking an organized and highly motivated Senior Counsel to lead client correspondence and manage client relationships.This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney with strong leadership and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.The Senior Counsel will help shape our legal services by counseling clients with clear and concise contract drafting, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, leading complex commercial negotiations, and providing counsel on general risk management.Key responsibilities include:Negotiating SaaS agreements with Fortune 500 customersSupporting business units with structuring and negotiating transactionsProviding general counsel and partnering with third-party subject matter expertsAssisting with corporate governance processesCollaborating on business development activitiesQualifications include:JD from a top-tier law schoolAdmission to the state bar6+ years of experience at a law firm or in-houseStrong drafting skills and excellent interpersonal skillsWe offer a flexible work environment including:Fully remote workPaid time off (PTO) for any reasonA personal laptop
