Descrição e Responsabilidades: Reportando-se ao Líder Regional de Vendas de Vendas, há uma vaga de District Sales Manager (DSM) que irá se juntar ao time de vendas da Área.Será responsável pela gestão eficaz do time de Representantes Comerciais (RC's) e pela estratégia de venda do portifólio de sementes da marca Pioneer.O candidato terá que ter excelência e experiência em gestão de pessoas, implementação de Estratégias de vendas, bom conhecimento técnico sementes, nas culturas de milho e soja.O foco da posição é alcançar as metas de vendas do distrito e desenvolver o mercado desenhando o planejamento de negócios com os Representantes Comerciais.A capacidade de estabelecer e manter relacionamentos fortes com clientes é um critério chave para a seleção.Functional responsibilities Planejamento e Execução de todas as Atividades de Vendas;Gestão de Pessoas – Desenvolvimento dos RCs;Gestão e acompanhamento da evolução de vendas da carteira de cada RC.Assegurar Implementação e Execução do Plano de Vendas;Conectar departamentos para Resolução de Problemas;Implementação de táticas de campo e geração de demanda;Gestão dos Processos Internos;Criar relacionamento de confiança com RCs e Clientes;Requisitos e competências:Bacharelado em Agronomia e áreas afins.Experiências com sementes de milho é fundamental, e desejável conhecimentos de sementes de soja.Experiência em Liderança de pessoas;Experiência mínima de 5 anos em gestão de vendas;Compreensão de produção agrícola e ótimo conhecimento do mercado;Foco no cliente com a capacidade e habilidade interpessoal para rapidamente construir relacionamentos confiáveis e sólidos com o cliente;Flexibilidade e resiliência;Excelente habilidade de comunicação;Motivado e altamente orientado a resultados, mas também um jogador de equipe.Bons conhecimentos para Gestão de Dados, elaboração de reportes e apresentação corporativa à clientes e RCs;
