OverviewHuman Nature (Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.), is currently the leading brand of natural cosmetics and personal/home care products in the country today.More than being known for our world-class products, we are primarily a social enterprise driven by the core philosophy of Pro-Philippines,Pro-Poor,andPro-Environment seeking to inspire more businesses to better serve society.Our products showcase the quality and ingenuity of 100% Philippine-made products and our company operates to bring quality life to the poor.We are looking for a QA Product Specialist who will perform finished goods inspection and release.He or she will also be assigned to in-line monitoring of labeling and coding.Lastly, he will perform FG tracker updating and documentation.ResponsibilitiesIn-line inspection of labeling & codingChecking of batch code, expiry dates (SL), product name/FG code is correct prior start of codingLabeling materials comply on storage conditionRegular temperature monitoringConduct AQL inspection of finished goodsCompliance on GMP Monthly audit, IQA of areaProperly complete the FG Inspection FormFG retention samples monitoring, labeling and storageProvide FG retention sample for investigation or complaintsProvide support to CS activity of SMB area (as needed) once trainedChecking of truck temperature as per standardTagging of approved FGs (QA Approved) or On hold if found with defect or quality issue upon inspectionCreation of NCR and CAPASensory evaluation once Trained and CertifiedPerform other related task required by SuperiorQualificationsGraduate of BS Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Tech., IE, Biology/Micro or Chemistry.Experience working in a ISO or GMP Certified companyWith 5 to 10 years work experience in Cosmetics, Food or Pharma IndustryWorked under Quality Department 5-10 yearsKnowledgeable on AQL inspection, GMP, GDP, GWPApplicants must be residing within vicinity of our manufacturing plant in Carmelray 1, Canlubang, Laguna5-days work week with shifting scheduleWhat Human Nature Can Offer YouFlexible Working Arrangements*Shortened work hours by 7 hours during lean monthsCommunity Outreach ProgramsCompetitive Compensation and Benefits (Performance Incentive, 13th Month Pay, HMO & Life Insurance Coverage)*Product DiscountsWedding Gift at 20,000New Born Baby Gift at 10,000Healthy and Encouraging Work EnvironmentPastoral CareNo firing policy*Terms & Conditions apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
