In this role, you will manage product costing and related activities in collaboration with global teams.
You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and leading continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes.What You Will Do:Coordinate the Product Cost Monitor in partnership with global teamsMonitor machine costs for current products across supported facilitiesPrepare executive-level materials and present to senior leadershipSupport financial analyses for the introduction of new products (NPIs) and new sources (NSIs)Contribute to strategic decision-making through financial analysis of cost reduction projects and competitiveness studies across global manufacturing facilitiesStandard Cost Revision (SCR) processesSourcing studiesLead strategic initiatives and improvement projects across the organization, with a focus on driving operational excellenceDrive continuous improvement efforts focused on standardization, simplification, and automation as part of the Global Finance StrategyWhat you will have – Skills:Effective Communications and Interpersonal Relationships: Understanding effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.Strong collaboration and communication skills to work constructively with diverse teams.Ability to build trust, connect departments, and drive cross-functional improvements.Communicates effectively with diverse audiences, using appropriate media and language, including English.Excellent customer service skills working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomesProject Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills: Able to interpret complex financial data, trends and patterns.
