Job OverviewYour key responsibilities as a Site Reliability Engineer include:Managing and resolving critical incidents via advanced issue response systems.Performing thorough application analysis to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.Coordinating CIRS-related activities, including deployments, feature toggles, and data corrections.Leading cross-functional teams in addressing major production incidents and optimizing our systems.Enhancing monitoring capabilities using tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk for improved system performance.Creating and refining monitoring scripts and alerts based on incident learnings to prevent future occurrences.Handling customer escalations and collaborating with Support and Engineering teams for effective resolution.Supporting planned projects and responding to ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders.Requirements and Qualifications:Extensive experience in DevOps and Production Support is highly valued.Familiarity with automation and CI/CD practices is essential for this role.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is preferred.Strong proficiency in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk is necessary.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required for deep dive application troubleshooting.Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams are crucial for success.
