Job Opportunity:The Open Video project focuses on developing an OTT platform for a leading North American TV provider.Key Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to develop projects for Set-Top Box hardware using the latest solutions and techniques.This role involves providing technical guidance to development and integration projects, working independently with minimal supervision.The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development process of Set-Top Box projects across various hardware platforms.Establishing operational monitoring processes and dashboards using IT operations analytics and log analysis tools is also a key part of this role.Interaction with systems analysts, software architects, developers, and project management teams is essential.This position requires administering and preventing problems using issue tracking, team collaboration, and planning tools.The ideal candidate will prepare technical hand-off and training documentation.Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:A strong background in agile methodology is required.Proficiency in Android development is mandatory.Programming Languages: Java, Kotlin.Experience in Android development; Android TV is a plus.AOSP development is a plus.Languages:English: C1 AdvancedAbout the Job:This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a skilled software developer.You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
