Responsibility:Solve customers' technical problems and complaints promptly.Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;Conduct Customer training.Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.Other task arranged by the companyRequirements:Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;Able to use English as working language;Good communication skills and hard working.#J-*****-Ljbffr
