You\'ll leverage analytics and automation to create personalized experiences while providing actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain SQL queries to extract, analyze, and segment data from CRM systems.Create compelling marketing content and develop messaging for various touchpoints.Build automation workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms.Configure and optimize automated message templates across multiple platforms.Analyze candidate journey touchpoints and implement data-driven improvements.QualificationsExperience in CRM management.Experience building content in English.Experience with SQL and email marketing.Advanced level of English.Benefits100% remote work (from anywhere).
