About the RoleThe ideal candidate is not afraid to make decisions, can manage multiple moving parts at once, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.Assist sales representatives by coordinating all project details from inquiry to proposal developmentPrepare quotes, proposals, supporting documents, and client communications for seamless executionReview project scopes to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness, ensuring all stakeholders are alignedThis role ensures sales opportunities flow smoothly into well-coordinated projects—managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups while supporting both clients and internal teams.This is a 100% remote position, requiring discipline, ownership, and strong communication skills to drive success.Key Responsibilities1.Sales Support & Opportunity ManagementTrack sales pipeline activities and follow-ups through CRM systems for real-time visibility2.Project Coordination & SchedulingDevelop project timelines, schedules, and task lists to ensure timely completion and stakeholder satisfactionCoordinate with operations, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project deliverables3.Communication & Client CoordinationProvide clear updates to clients regarding project status, schedules, and next steps to maintain transparency and trustTranslate technical details into simple, understandable information to facilitate informed decision-making4.Documentation & OrganisationOrganise and maintain all project files, documentation, and communication history for easy access and reference5.Financial & Administrative SupportAssist with budgeting, cost estimates, procurement, and tracking expenses to ensure financial integrity6.Risk Management & Problem SolvingFlag risks early and recommend solutions before issues impact the project to mitigate potential losses7.Leadership & OwnershipTake initiative and make decisions independently when needed to drive project forward and achieve goalsMust-Have Experience & Qualifications2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales coordination, or operations support rolesExperience in security, construction, low-voltage, service, or technical project environments, with a proven track record of delivering results
