**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Focus on organizing the performance reporting on all SCM process.
- Coordinates all phases of business requirements gathering including KPI definition, data collection, report creation, and business operations introduction
- Collaborates with SCM Data Analytics to ensure alignment of project task updates
- Maintains SCM Reporting master glossary of terms and definitions.
- Drive SCM Digital Performance
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems, ERPs (SAP) data architecture and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analytics and visualization such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
- Experience with analyzing processes and contributes to developing solutions for solving complex business problems.
- You are exactly the right person for this position if you combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills, enjoy developing new solutions with and for our Siemens Healthineers business
- You can closely liaise with business users and business analysts to understand their needs to find and develop technical BI solutions.
- You are confident in challenge requirements from business users when appropriate to achieve the best possible results, i.e. ability to consult and provide advice
- You have a strong analytical mindset for solving problems as well as good people skills and the ability to motivate colleagues in implementing solutions
- Advanced knowledge in SAP
- Intermediate English and Spanish
