Senior IT Agency Recruiter (Remote, Brazil)Company: VTRAC Consulting Corporation (Certified Diversity Co.)Location: 100% Remote (Brazil) • Sapucaia do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, BrazilWorking Hours: Eastern Time – 12 pm to 9 pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 pmPosition Type: Permanent x 2 (Base Salary + Bonus + Paid Vacation)About VTRACVTRAC Consulting Corporation is a well-established recruitment firm with a strong track record of providing quality resources in the technology, engineering, and management fields.Founded in **** by senior technology and business professionals, we support clients across LATAM and North America.Position OverviewWe are looking for quality-driven and assertive senior and intermediate technology recruiters with strong English communication skills to work in a supportive team where personal and professional growth matters.You will be primarily responsible for finding, deeply technically and functionally evaluating, and presenting candidates, and coordinating with clients.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and explore candidates' real motivation and interest; validate skills and competencies; present quality talent in a timely manner.Conduct in-depth technical and functional evaluations and assessments of technology candidates.Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities for clients in the technology, engineering, automotive, and finance sectors.Research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates.Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for prospective positions, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.Partner and collaborate with other recruiters through teamwork, imparting knowledge, experience, skills, and advice on staffing policies and procedures.Coordinate the presentation of candidates to prospective clients.Prepare reporting on activities and results.Qualifications4+ years of recruitment experience with a strong network, preferably in Microsoft (service providers or users), cloud computing, data, AI, financial services, FinTech, and auto-manufacturing organizations.2+ years of direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.2+ years of agency recruiting working directly with hiring clients (not through RPO).2+ years of sales or sales-support experience.Minimum 2+ years working with U.S. or Canadian markets.In-depth technical evaluation experience and ability to fully assess candidate skills.Very strong networking, relationship-building, and active recruitment-related social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn.Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).Strong teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills.Working experience with MS Word, CRM, or ATS systems.Please e-mail your resume as an MS-Word document in confidence, Subject: Senior IT Agency Recruiter (Brazil), Attention: ******.Only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.VTRAC is an equal-opportunity employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
