Cross Border SpecialistWe are looking for a Cross Border Specialist to manage and optimize the performance of Third-Party Logistics (3 PL) providers across South America . This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient cross-border operations, seamless customs clearance, strong last-mile performance, and effective reverse logistics.If you enjoy working with data, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with international partners in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for youWhat you'll do:Monitor and manage 3 PL performance, ensuring compliance with SLAsTrack customs clearance deadlines and identify operational bottlenecksPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective action plansManage order delays, system failures, and tracking rule accuracySupport last-mile operations and improve delivery performanceAnalyze KPIs such as failure rates, delivery performance, and customer feedbackCollaborate with logistics partners to reduce return cycle timesEnsure proper closure of uncompleted shipments and claim settlements What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fieldsAt least 2 years of experience in 3 PL management or supply chain operationsExperience with cross-border logistics is a strong plusSolid understanding of customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and reverse logisticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetProficiency in Excel ; SQL and logistics systems are a plusFluent in English and PortugueseSpanish and Mandarin are a plusComfortable working in a dynamic, international environment Why join us?Exposure to cross-border and international logistics operationsHigh-impact role with visibility across South AmericaOpportunity to work with multiple logistics partners and stakeholdersFast-paced environment with room for growth and learning Interested?
