InComm is a global leader in the payments industry with over 30 years of experience and a presence in 30+ countries.As pioneers in gift cards, we hold two-thirds of the global market share.Our mission is to revolutionize global commerce through innovative payment technologies for retailers, brands, and consumers.Our mission is to revolutionize global commerce through innovative solutions that connect millions of consumers to everyday services at more than 450,000 retail locations.Position Summary:The BI Developer III will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Business Intelligence solutions.This position requires strong technical expertise in data visualization, ETL processes, and database management, as well as the ability to work independently and contribute to strategic initiatives.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that support business decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Power BI, Fabric, and SSRS.Design and manage ETL processes using SSIS and ensure data integrity across large datasets.Perform advanced queries and optimizations in SQL Server and work with Azure databases.Create automated workflows with Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility, and estimate effort for new projects.Contribute to BI strategy and roadmap, proposing innovative solutions and improvements.Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers.Maintain the report catalog and delivery framework.Requirements8+ years of experience in BI development and data analysis.4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Advanced Excel (including VLOOKUP), and SQL.Strong experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SQL Server.Experience with Azure database solutions and Power BI Fabric.Knowledge of ETL principles and data modeling for rapid report generation.Familiarity with source code management tools (TFS, CVS, Subversion).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsQA background is a plus.Experience with other visualization tools (Tableau, Crystal Reports).Strong analytical mindset, proactive, and self-driven.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Benefits: R$340 home office allowance R$1,150 meal/food allowance (VR/VA) 10% annual bonus SulAmérica health/dental plan Life insurance Hardware provided 100% remote Educational supportApply today and help us build a future of seamless, high-quality software systems.
