Revit Expert for Interior Design DocumentationUptalent.io, a global platform that provides top-tier talent from Latam to the most exciting companies in the world, is seeking a skilled Revit Expert to work for a High-level Interior Design Company in the US.As a Revit Expert, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed documentation for interior design projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.Uptalent.io offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you will have the chance to work with leading companies while ensuring work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Revit models for interior design projects, focusing on accurate and detailed documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverablesConduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specificationsGenerate and revise technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailsPrepare and maintain an organized library of Revit families and templates for efficient project executionStay updated with the latest Revit software updates and incorporate best practices into the design processCoordinate with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputsDevelop photorealistic rendering of Interiors using software such as Enscape/Sketchup etcDevelop engaging client presentationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related fieldSelf-sufficient, self-starter, and fast learner - not requiring a lot of repeat instructionSoftware: proficient in Revit, CAD, BIM360, and PhotoshopAble to produce 3D views from Revit and render (using software such as Enscape/Sketchup etc)Vast experience in Revit for Interior Design documentation for big projects (Hotels, Towers etc)Experience working in hospitality or multi-family projectsCreation of Families in RevitAble to use Photoshop to render views exported from drafting softwareProficient English speaker (mandatory); effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with cross-functional teamsBenefitsWork From Home or anywhereHighly Competitive CompensationWork for the most exciting companies in the USFlexible ScheduleHealthy Work-Life BalanceUptalent.io is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
