Engineering Manager

As a Engineering Manager you will play a pivotal role and shaping the future of our mobile applications.Your objective is to lead a team of mobile engineers, guiding design, development, and delivery high-quality applications while fostering a culture of excellence.We are building the future generation of Apps that will revolutionize the industry of cars.Technical expertise: - Mobile Platform and Ecosystem: Defining and evolving the overall technical standards for Mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance and security.- Technical Vision and Roadmap Definition: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to drive innovation and providing innovative solutions.- Legacy Platform Convergence: Work with the evolution of legacy systems, providing more efficiency to work in various technologies and tools.- Security and Privacy for Mobile: Adhering to security best practices and implement measures to protect sensitive data.- Innovation and Experimentation: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies to drive innovation.- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams across a global organization, including Product Managers, Design and QA to deliver high-quality products.- Scalability and Maintainability Strategy: Proactively seeks opportunities to improve process and systems, focusing on long term strategies.- Tech Stack: Javascript, Laravel, Python, i OS, Android and AWS technologies.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or any related field.- Significant experience in software development, systems integrations and app development.- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, design patterns and data structure - Experience with cloud platforms.- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).- Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies - Fluent in English - Entrepreneurial Spirit that seeks constant opportunities to improve At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, and disability.Diverse teams will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our customers and care for our future.
