Research Manager- Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)About us:Introduction:We are looking for a Research Manager to join our amazing Brazil research team
You are the ideal candidate for this Senior Research Manager role if you have at least 6 years of marketing research experience, ideally on the supplier side.
In this position you will be responsible for leading the full project life cycle, from set-up through client presentations, working with sales and internal operations.
You will help clients with everything from ad concept testing to ad pre-testing, as well as campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentation, shopper research, etc.Responsibilities:Lead the design and execution of research projects to meet complex needs with minimal support.Independently manage complex quantitative & qualitative studies across a variety of methodologies from survey design through final delivery to clients with the highest quality and efficiency.Develop compelling and accurate story-led analyses and final reports with strategic, clear, and engaging client presentations.
Manage all client communications, providing clear, consistent, and proactive communication regarding project progress.Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.Work together with project managers and operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall management of timelines.Coach and manage a team of research analysts to ensure smooth project delivery.
Your profile:Bachelor's degree and/or at least 6 years of market research experience.Experience in various research methodologies such as ad concept testing, ad pre-testing, campaign evaluation, pack testing, brand tracking, shopper research, segmentation, U&A, ad-hocs etc.Demonstrated success in questionnaire design, analysis, client presentation and project management.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.Languages: English proficiency is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize own workload.
