We do not work B2B or B2C directly; we also carry out all advertising processes of our applications.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Customer Specialist at United Innovation Solutions LLC.
The Customer Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.
Deliver high-quality, personalized, and efficient customer service via live chat, email, and WhatsApp.Accurately document customer feedback for further analysis.
Stay informed about application feature changes to understand user pain points and assist in addressing their concerns.
Assist the Product Manager in analyzing customer needs and issues.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, personalized customer service via live chat, email, and WhatsApp.Document customer feedback accurately for analysis and improvement of services.Stay informed about product feature changes and user pain points; assist in addressing concerns.Collaborate with the Product Manager to analyze customer needs and issues.QualificationsFluency in English & SpanishCustomer satisfaction and support experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProblem-solving abilitiesComfortable with technology, including computers, social media platforms, and video chat applicationsExperience in a customer-facing role is a plusAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPassion for video chat applications and alignment with the company valuesGood sense of humor, teamwork, and constructive receptiveness to feedbackEmployment detailsEmployment type: Full-timeIndustries: Software Development
