National Machinery is the world leader in the design, development, and manufacture of cold and warm forming machines that produce metal parts from coiled wire, bars, slugs, or preforms.This includes equipment for aerospace, agricultural, industrial, automotive, construction, and specialty applications.Tooling development can be performed on a full range of various diameter and length parts.Repair parts, rebuilding, used machinery and field services are available for the thousands of existing machines globally.Through our continuing research and development, advanced manufacturing capability and worldwide network of sales and service locations, National Machinery has firmly established its position as the "World Leader in Metal Forming Technology".EEO/M/F/D/VBASIC INFORMATIONJob Title: Sales Manager Southeast AsiaReport to: Vice President of Sales in USA HeadquartersLocation: Based in Bangkok metropolitan area or Eastern Seaboard of ThailandPURPOSE OF THE JOBDevelop and maintain business accounts and manage sales projects to continuously achieve company marketing and sales goals.KEY TASKSResponsible for Identified areas for growing business within the region;Identify and qualify new potential customersDevelop new business accounts together with Sales teams;Handles large accounts and complex or difficult technical sales.Manage sales orders and projects.Maintain excellent network with existing/new customer base;Continuously conduct competitive analysis in terms of market and product to keep the organization always in a competitive position and win market share;Work for sales result.Make customer visits in SE AsiaMarket research and networking in the cold forming manufacturing marketJOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGEWhat non-academic knowledge is important?Understand machinery and preferably be familiar with application of cold forming tooling, including Tools design, making process.Company product sales experience including knowledge of product features, benefits and use.Fluent in Thai and English in oral and written.Additional languages from SE Asia preferred.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEThe minimum level of education/qualifications to undertake the work satisfactorily and the necessary experienceBachelor of engineering, preferably mechanicalPreferred is at least 5 years capital equipment sales / project experience with a western company of automated machinery or products.Good marketing, customer service and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communications.Able to accept feedback from team membersMature, positive thinking, result oriented, can work under pressure.Understand commercial issuesMANAGEMENT SKILLSAble to work independently.Able to accept feedback from team membersResearch and network to gain potential customers#J-*****-Ljbffr
