About the Role: Design, develop, and prototype high-quality Android applications that meet industry standards.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that drive business results.Own the full app lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.Contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve development practices, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Mentor fellow engineers and help define coding standards and workflows, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.Stay up-to-date with the latest Android platform features and trends, applying this expertise to drive technical excellence.Proven experience shipping at least one high-quality Android app with a team, demonstrating expertise in software engineering principles and Android ecosystem constraints.Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment strategies.Experience building scalable, reliable, and responsive mobile applications that meet user needs and expectations.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.Qualifications5+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin (Java is a plus).
