Delivering Data-Driven Insights as a Business Intelligence AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our organization.As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in empowering business stakeholders with data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop tailored solutions• Design and implement robust data architectures, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility• Develop compelling visualizations and reports using Tableau, driving business outcomes through data storytelling• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making• Conduct training sessions on data analysis and visualization best practicesRequirements:• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing complex data sets• In-depth knowledge of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least 1 year of previous work experience using the platform• Solid understanding of relational data concepts and strong analytical skills• Excellent organizational skills, disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation• Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus)• Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (components and processes) and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus)Advanced English level is required for this positionBenefits of the Role:• Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and drive business growth through data-driven insights• Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on professional development• Competitive salary and benefits package
