net technologies.Requirement Gathering: Interact with business users to understand and document business requirements.Proof of Concept: Perform POCs for new business requirements and work closely with business stakeholders to convert POCs to working models.Process Flows and Customization: Create process flows, system tasks and customize/configure Microsoft CRM application as per designed artifacts.Project Engineer: Lead development and enhancement of Microsoft CRM application, provide oversight to other developers and review their deliverables.Quality Assurance: Support Quality Assurance team during testing process and assist with defect fixes by correcting Microsoft CRM code.Production Support: Support production system, analyze/resolve business-critical issues within SLA timeline.Technology Evaluation: Evaluate tools and technologies in market that can improve business processes and benefit customers.Release Management: Manage dynamics patch releases and wave release planning to keep main system up to date.Environment Management: Create and manage dynamics sandbox/production environments in Power Platform based on project needs.Implementation Review: Review implementation design/architecture proposed by implementation team and provide recommendations to ensure best practice guidelines are followed for Dynamics 365.Release Planning: Plan and support Dynamics 365 releases with multiple divisions and apply changes.DevOps Pipelines: Build DevOps pipelines to promote Dynamics customizations to ALM environments and configure them with various stage-based approvals.Integrated Systems: Configure and manage integrated systems with D365 and Azure integrations.Best Practices: Ensure implementation of best practices for D365 and define governance for Power Platform system.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or related study, or equivalent experience.Experience: At least two IT disciplines, including technical cloud architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations.Skills: Experience with D365, Azure, .
