Job Title: Intelligent System Developer">We are seeking a skilled Intelligent System Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building intelligent systems that bring structure, insight, and automation to our workflows.">Create document AI pipelines for OCR, classification, extraction, validation, and post-processing.Develop compliance automation features for primary-source license checks, date/format rules, name/DOB matching, immunization logic, and timesheet math.Design workflow integrations with applicant tracking systems, healthcare compliance platforms, job boards, CRM/marketing systems, and task management tools.Implement text message automation for AI-assisted campaigns and cadences triggered from ATS/CRM events.Integrate VoIP/SMS with ATS/compliance to auto-log activity, attach files, and trigger workflows.Automate customer support and knowledge base workflows using Zendesk and knowledge base APIs.">This is a remote-first opportunity with a pragmatic culture.
