Job Title: IT Infrastructure LeadWe are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee the daily operations of our core infrastructure.This role emphasizes strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams to ensure seamless technology delivery.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding a small infrastructure team across compute, storage, and network domains, ensuring alignment with technical goals and objectives.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT infrastructure (3-5 years) and a solid understanding of servers, virtualization, storage, networking, DNS, and monitoring.They should be proficient with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet, and possess strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred qualifications include experience leading infrastructure initiatives in hybrid or co-managed environments, familiarity with ITIL, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices, and experience with CMDB and inventory tools.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily infrastructure operations and improvements.Lead and guide a small infrastructure team.Facilitate change windows, maintenance schedules, and upgrades with internal and external stakeholders.Track and escalate risks, issues, and blockers.Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
