Job Description:As a key member of our team, we are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support the analysis and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.This hybrid role requires a motivated individual who can gather and document business requirements as well as develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality solutions.The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.Required Experience & Skills:2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred).Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.We offer a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for growth and professional development.
