We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of global clients, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting partnerships.
You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, while also leading and developing a high-performing team to support business objectives.What will I be doing?
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across global marketsBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutionsLead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional growthIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clientsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutionsServe as a regional expert, providing insights to support the broader sales and account management strategyRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and through professional networkingContribute to the development and implementation of growth-oriented operational strategiesWhat skills do I need?
4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in a tech or fintech companyProven experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on performance, development, and collaborationDemonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling within existing accountsExcellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills—especially with senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple complex projects and accounts simultaneously with attention to detailA well-established business network and experience developing strategic partnershipsWillingness to take smart risks backed by deep customer understanding and solid strategyFluency in English is required (other languages are a plus)Ability and willingness to travel internationallyWhat do we offer?
