Senior Game Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the technical vision of our game development project.This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and technical expertise to join our team and shape the foundation of the studio and game from the ground up.Responsibilities:Design and develop architectural proposals for engine systemsPropose tools or technologies to enhance delivery of great engine systems supportOwn and drive engine topics and subsequent decision-makingPropose and implement solutions to performance and scale challengesOversee code reviews, workflows, and best practicesIdentify technical risks and propose solutionsStay up-to-date on game dev tools and industry trendsCollaborate closely with design, art, and production teamsLead and mentor a team of developers with Unity/C# focusRequirements:6+ years of professional game development experience with 1+ year of leadership/mentorship roleStrong proficiency with Unity and C#Extensive knowledge and experience in one or more engine-related focus areasSystem architecture skillsAbility to debug and optimize codeCan think and work creatively while taking the initiative to solve problemsSolid understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and debuggingStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-disciplineSelf-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independentlyNice to Have:Experience with strategy/sim/management gamesFamiliarity with analytics, telemetry, or live-ops systemsBenefits:Competitive salaryCLT Contract with Benefits: Health Insurance, Monthly Meal Stipend, Monthly Internet/Home Office Stipend, Remote-first culture, Clear growth path, Opportunity to be part of a creative environment where your voice and ideas matter
