OverviewExperienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry.We are sourcing software engineers for Sweden with a supporting team across multiple countries.This role involves finding engineers, building trust, and guiding relocation logistics.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and attract IT engineers for Sweden through a solid local network.Inform candidates about living and working in Sweden and assist with relocation logistics.Build trust with candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Coordinate with global recruiters and Swedish delivery management team to handle visa, permits, housing, travel, and other relocation arrangements.Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality standards and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, friendly, outgoing, with high self-motivation.Resilient, capable of handling rejection and persisting.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude.Responsive and professional appearance.Offer detailsFull-time, long-term contract as Private Entrepreneur.Start ASAP.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-location center.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Paid national holidays, 20 vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.Please send your English CV to: (redacted).Please state the application code TEL2025HH in the subject line.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman Resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
