About the Role At Keeta, we're building smarter, faster, and more personalized food delivery experiences.As a User Operation Specialist (Scenario Promotion), you'll be responsible for designing high-impact campaigns and user journeys that maximize engagement, order frequency, and overall GMV.If you're obsessed with data, user behavior, and creative experimentation, this is your chance to drive real-time results at scale.What You'll Be DoingCampaign Design & ExecutionLead end-to-end planning and execution of daily promotional activities on the food delivery platform.Manage a diverse portfolio of campaigns — from dish discounts and time-slot promos (breakfast/lunch/dinner/late night) to seasonal and themed events like football nights or holidays.Innovate new promotional mechanisms to drive sustained engagement and conversion.Targeted Promotion StrategyDevelop differentiated strategies based on user segmentation, category insights, time slots, and geolocation data.Optimize campaign mechanics to maximize order volume, GMV, and user engagement.Continuously test and iterate on creative and data-driven approaches to promotion design.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Algorithm, Category, and Content teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns into the platform ecosystem.Align promotion strategy with traffic allocation, product pools, and recommendation systems for maximum synergy.Lead agile coordination during high-impact events to ensure flawless delivery and measurable outcomes.Data Analytics & OptimizationBuild real-time dashboards to monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics like ROI, conversion, and retention.Conduct A/B testing and attribution analysis to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.Adjust promotional resources and subsidy levels dynamically based on event scale, external factors (e. G., weather), and business goals.Innovation & Market IntelligenceContinuously monitor industry trends and new campaign formats, identifying opportunities to experiment and scale successful models.Drive the implementation of innovative promotional mechanisms that differentiate the platform experience.What We're Looking ForExperience5+ years of experience in promotion operations or user growth within food delivery, local services, or e-commerce platforms.Proven expertise in dish/category promotions, time-based campaigns, and subsidy ROI analysis.Technical SkillsProficient in SQL and analytics tools, with hands-on experience in A/B testing and data-driven optimization.Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Collaboration & LeadershipExcellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments where creativity meets data precision.Why You'll Love This RoleYou'll own the art and science of promotions — combining creativity, analytics, and real-time decision-making to create campaigns that inspire users and deliver results.Your ideas won't just drive engagement — they'll shape how the platform grows and connects with millions every day.
