All applications with the skills for the position are welcomeWe are looking for an Amazing: Senior End User Support Specialist – On-site (Brasil, Florianópolis, Santa Catarina)The Amazing You Will Have: Senior-level experiencein end user support or IT helpdesk. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience withWindows, macOS (Apple), and Linux/Unixoperating systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues efficiently. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. Fluent English (C1)– written and spoken, as you will interact daily with anAmerican client.
