Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Market Data Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and resolving infrastructure issues, ensuring optimal performance of real-time data services.The successful applicant will be responsible for:Resolving data quality issues, including root cause analysis and vendor management.Supporting on-call duties, incident management, problem, and change management.Ensuring accurate and timely data delivery on a real-time basis through monitoring tool implementation.Collaborating with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience.Managing L2 alerts, creating and updating resolutions in knowledge bases, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules.Incident management, from identification to resolution, mitigating business impact in the production environment.Change management, including mandatory updates, content changes, software upgrades, and checkouts.Other responsibilities include release management, event management, user support, and reporting.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market data infrastructure or a related field.Experience with Market Data Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform (TREP) or Refinitiv Real-Time Distribution System (RTDS) and DACS.A good understanding of market data platforms, such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg, and direct feed providers.Proficiency with Linux/Windows operating systems and network-level tuning and editing scripts, preferably Bash/Python.Experience with networking and connectivity skills, including multicast, routing, switches, TCP/IP.Good communication and oral and written English skills.Understanding of ITIL Foundation and IT best practices.Bonus skills: Geneos ITRS, EXEGY (formerly Wombat/Vela), Market Data API, AWS ECS, AWS VPC, and VPC Endpoints.BenefitsWe offer:A modern, dynamic, and future-oriented work environment.Remote work or hybrid options based on your preferences.Continuous development and training opportunities.A competitive salary package with additional social benefits.Interesting and challenging tasks.The opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment.
