Design Visionary for Strategic ProjectsWe are seeking an accomplished UI Designer to contribute to our design team on a full-time basis.This role will provide opportunities to drive high-impact design initiatives and support overflow project work.This is not a freelance or flexible-hour position.Candidates must be available during EST working hours to collaborate with internal and client teams, attend meetings, and deliver design solutions as needed.We welcome remote work from south American countries.The ideal candidate will:Support active design projects during staff PTO and overflow periodsMentor and guide junior UI DesignersDefine and implement visual direction for project rolloutsDevelop and maintain design systems and style guidesAdvocate for user-centered design principles with clients and stakeholdersContribute to the strategic vision of user experienceLead design reviews and provide constructive feedbackParticipate in project planning and scoping activitiesCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and developer specificationsConduct user research and analyze user feedbackE nsure designs are accessible and adhere to WCAG and usability standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelinesCommunicate design decisions effectively to clients and internal stakeholdersFollow Figma Etiquette for all design filesMaintain design consistency across products and platformsThe successful candidate will have:Expertise in Figma (including advanced component systems)A strong understanding of web design best practices and design patternsKnowledge of WCAG accessibility standardsSkill in design presentation and client communication
