About Ego EimiWe build products and growth programs people genuinely love - and we hire doers who take ownership and act with integrity.Our culture values solving real customer problems, kindness in how we work, and high agency.The roleYou'll own creator partnerships end-to-end for client campaigns: from sourcing and vetting to negotiation, launch, and performance insight.You'll help set up and scale influencer programs (briefs, tracking links, gifting, compliance) as part of our growth engagements.What you'll doBuild and manage a steady pipeline of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube creators aligned to client goals.Negotiate deliverables, usage, whitelisting, and exclusivity; ensure clear, fair contracts.Write tight briefs; run approvals, timelines, and go-lives with creators and clients.Track results (UTMs/codes, CPE/CAC/ROAS) and turn outcomes into clear, shareable case studies.Nurture long-term creator relationships and uphold disclosure and platform policies.What you'll bringBased in Brazil; fluent English (B2+) and professional Portuguese.3+ years in influencer/creator partnerships, talent, or campaign management.Proof of impact: 3 case studies you led with role, budget band, and performance.Confident with spreadsheets and common creator tools (e.g., CreatorIQ/Grin/Tagger/HypeAuditor/Modash).High agency, excellent communication, and a respectful, collaborative style.Nice to havePaid amplification (e.g., Spark Ads) and affiliate experience.Experience across beauty, fashion, CPG, tech, or gaming.How we workRemote-first, outcome-driven, and respectful by default.We celebrate people who obsess over making something users want and who are simply...nice to work with.Apply now
