Product Delivery ManagerAbout the JobYou will be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth, structured, and timely delivery.This is a senior hybrid role that combines elements of project management and product coordination, focusing on translating vision into execution.We have a capable development team, a clear product vision, and a growing customer base.You'll join a remote, collaborative team working across two complementary platforms: a mature diagnostics tool and a new patient engagement product.This role plays a key part in unifying delivery and maintaining momentum as we continue to scale.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate the day-to-day product development processFacilitate planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviewsTranslate product ideas into structured, development-ready tasksDraft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteriaTrack progress across sprints and proactively identify and resolve delivery issuesMaintain task boards and ensure relevant documentation is kept current and clearCommunicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., medical experts, support) to clarify priorities and requirementsSupport the team in staying aligned with product goals and delivering meaningful outcomesRequirements5+ years of experience in project management within a software teamHave 3+ years of experience in product management within a software teamHave worked closely with developers and understand the rhythms of SaaS product deliveryAre comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPossess strong organizational and communication skillsDemonstrate the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex product workAre capable of operating independently while keeping the broader team aligned and informedPreferred BackgroundCandidates experienced in roles such as:Product or project management within a small or medium-sized software companyBusiness analysis, product operations, or implementation roles in SaaS environmentsCan demonstrate web-based software products you've helped build, being used by paying external customers.Why this Role MattersWe have a capable development team, a clear product vision, and a growing customer base.
