Some details about your department We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analytics Consultant with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local data analytics projects, helping our clients to leverage their data to drive business decisions. You will be the go-to person for GA4 implementation, analysis, and reporting, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights. What we'd like you to do Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for our clients. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders. Analyze website and marketing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage local data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations. Provide training and support to clients on how to use and interpret GA4 data. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and GA4. What we'd like you to bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience working with Google Analytics (GA4 is a must). Experience with Google Tag Manager. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
