Job Overview:We are seeking an accomplished Global Logistics Operations Director to lead our logistics operations.This role is responsible for coordinating transportation and customs clearance of goods from country of origin to warehouse facilities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the inbound and outbound operations of our 3PL, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.Allocate stock to orders for wholesale distribution based on priorities and delivery windows.Forecast sales and communicate with sales teams regarding any potential delivery delays.Establish and monitor SLAs, ensuring compliance with established performance metrics.Provide world-class customer service to clients, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing logistics operations.Requirements:Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Proven solid experience in operations and logistics, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Leadership experience, with ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.Understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
