Job DescriptionYou are someone who wants to influence their own development, pursuing interests and growing professionally in a company that allows it.Applaudo is looking for someone with the following skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related field.4+ years of Salesforce experience, including solid application development knowledge, Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience, developing classes and triggers using Apex.Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Field Services.Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified JavaScript Developer, are a plus.Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.Proficient at developing or working with REST and SOAP-based web services.Ability to communicate with customers, providing consultation on Salesforce solutions.Possess strong self-management skills, including the ability to find solutions independently and communicate effectively.Has experience working in Agile environments.Exhibit a collaborative mindset and values teamwork.Advanced English Level.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.Design, build high-performance, reusable, reliable Apex code with best practices.Uphold and promote best practices, design guidelines for security practices.Assist with each release cycle, implementing and deploying new/updates to existing applications and code.BenefitsCelebrations.Special discounts.Entertainment area.Modern Workspaces.Great work environment.Private medical insurance.Benefits may vary according to location and/or availability.
