Key responsibilities for this role include developing solutions using Omni Studio tools, collaborating with business analysts to understand functional requirements, and creating technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components.
Responsibilities:- Develop software solutions that meet customer needs using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Work closely with business analysts to gather information about project requirements and ensure technical solutions align with those needs.
- Create detailed design documents, user guides, and other supporting materials for developed solutions.
- Implement and test integrations between systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
- Monitor the performance of developed solutions and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Omni Studio tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working with version control systems and deployment tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.
