Financial Products Specialist

As a Financial Products Specialist, you will be working on delivering end-to-end project services across all major asset classes and sectors. Your expertise in accounting principles and knowledge of financial products cross-assets will enable you to create and deliver assigned projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions for Back Office (BO) / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements.
  • Establish an integrated approach to defining, setting up, or trouble shooting issues arising from day-to-day activities on a greenfield Calypso instance.
  • Manage methodology and best practice for BO/Accounting/Operations/Finance requirements.
  • E nsure supporting documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Submit status reports to stakeholders and provide updates to steering committees.
  • Manage deliverables with transparency of risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Capital Markets and on Calypso.
  • Deep knowledge of Financial products cross assets.
  • Proven track record of delivery of accounting and finance related solutions within Calypso.
  • Experience with adherence to governance frameworks and handover to BAU.
  • Excellent analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and ability to act in an entrepreneurial manner.
  • Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable with direct communication with technical and business resources.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative and dynamic multi-team environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
