Discover a new career path with us.We are creating the next generation of skill games that people enjoy for many years while earning money by playing exceptionally well.We deliver engaging experiences that cater to players' needs and preferences.Our support specialists communicate effectively with players, providing tailored solutions and charming them with their communication skills.You will join a team of experienced professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results and creating amazing player experiences.Responsibilities:• Provide daily support to our players via iMessage, Facebook Messenger, and emails.• Develop an in-depth understanding of game features, events, and player activities to deliver knowledgeable responses.• Troubleshoot player issues and work closely with internal teams to resolve game-related problems.• Maintain detailed documentation of player interactions and issues using our CRM system.• Act as the voice of our players, collecting feedback and communicating it to relevant departments for continuous product improvement.• Assist with onboarding new players, helping them learn the game and understand its features.• Identify playing patterns and player behavior through analytical tools, using insights to guide interaction strategies.• Collaborate with other teams to provide promotional offers and inform players about new game features and events.Requirements:• Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in gaming.• Past experience in KYC, payments processing, and compliance is beneficial.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.• Proficiency with CRM tools and experience documenting interactions.• Strong empathy, ability to listen attentively, and provide tailored solutions.• Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work varied hours.Advantages:• Additional language proficiency and analytics skills are a plus.Benefits:• Competitive salary and stock options.• Home office budget to create a productive environment.• Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.We value diversity and equality in our workplace.
