About This Opportunity:This position offers the chance to lead a team of analysts in creating business-focused content to enhance AI models.Main Responsibilities:Manage and mentor Business Analysts/Content Specialists, guiding them towards optimal performance.Allocate tasks effectively, oversee workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.Conduct quality assurance reviews, refine processes, and optimize team efficiency.Provide feedback, training, and career development opportunities for growth.Act as primary stakeholder contact, sharing regular project updates.Lead the creation of case studies, scenarios, and structured business content (finance, policy, e-commerce).
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years' experience in team management.3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content, or domain-focused projects.Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.Proficiency in structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).
